What You’ll Need:
- Qualified Motorcycle or Light Vehicle Mechanic
- A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in job scheduling for internal, retail and warranty work
- Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
- Willingness to mentor and train apprentices and trade assistants
- Confident in quoting, customer communication, and job follow-up
- Ability to complete repair orders and invoicing
- Competence in reporting workshop productivity and profitability
- A valid R Class motorcycle licence
- Work rights in Australia
