The Role

Penrith Toyota is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our busy Service Department.

As one of the first people our customers interact with when they visit or contact our Service Department, you'll play an important role in making sure every customer feels welcomed, valued and looked after.

Working closely with our Service Advisors and wider Service team, you'll assist with customer enquiries, service bookings and general administration while helping keep the day-to-day operation of the department running smoothly.

Your duties will include

- Welcome customers to our Service Department in a friendly and professional manner
- Meeting guests and taking enquiries and service bookings
- Writing up repair orders
- Keeping guests updated on vehicle progress
- Organising courtesy vehicles
- Estimating the cost and time needed to complete jobs




- Liaising with the Workshop Controller to ensure all work is completed on time
- Gaining authorisation for additional work
- Handing guest complaints
- Helping to bring new business into the service department
- Promoting the dealership and the Brand
- Work closely with the wider Service team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information within our dealership systems

What we're looking for:

- A genuine people-person with a strong customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, professional and confident phone manner
- Robust organisation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain organised in a busy environment
- Confidence using computers and digital systems
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
- Automotive or dealership experience would be an advantage, but isn't essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

This is a full time role, Monday - Friday with some Saturday's. Why join us?
