Role Description This is a full-time, in office and field Service Technician role based in Sydney, NSW.

The Service

Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance on piling and foundation equipment, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements. The role involves diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, conducting troubleshooting in workshop and field environments, and ensuring equipment is protected and operational.

Technician will also support field service activities, maintain service records,



liaise with customers on service needs, and coordinate with the sales and parts teams to ensure timely availability of components and technical support.

Qualifications

- Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills and working knowledge for heavy foundation equipment a must.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting equipment faults, including mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
- Experience in Field Service, including on-site inspections, repairs, and commissioning of equipment.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Relevant trade qualification (e.g., diesel mechanic, heavy equipment technician, or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company and site procedures.
