We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Sydney / Melbourne

Notice Period: Immediate / 30 Days

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Lead the implementation and configuration of ITSM modules, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architectural designs.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ServiceNow developers and implementation teams.
- Oversee platform customization using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and IntegrationHub.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, security standards, performance optimization, and platform governance.
- Review technical designs, development deliverables, and code quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to drive ITSM transformation.
- Support platform upgrades, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills





- Robust experience in ServiceNow architecture and ITSM implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows.
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and third-party system integrations.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data models, CMDB, platform security, access controls, and performance optimization.
- Experience with solution design, technical documentation, and architectural governance.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.
