Your new company Our client is a well-established provider of industrial equipment and technical solutions, servicing customers across manufacturing and production environments throughout Australia. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join their team. Your new role This is a diverse role combining workshop and field service work.

You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, fault-finding, installing and commissioning industrial equipment while providing exceptional support to customers.

Key responsibilities include

Service, maintain and repair industrial machinery and equipment

Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults

Install and commission new equipment at customer sites

Provide technical support and operator training

Complete service reports and maintenance documentation

Build and maintain solid customer relationships

Liaise with internal teams to resolve technical issues

What you'll need to succeed

Experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Fitter or similar





Strong mechanical fault-finding and troubleshooting experience

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals

Experience working on industrial, manufacturing or automated equipment

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage site-based work

Current driver's licence
