Role: ServiceNow ITOM Technical Consultant

Type: Full Time – Contract / Perm

Location: Australia

Status: AU valid visa with full work rights

Skills: ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, CSDM, MID Servers, Service Graph Connectors, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, JavaScript

Experience: 4+ years

Requisites:

- Robust experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping and CMDB.
- Experience configuring MID Servers, Discovery schedules, patterns, probes and sensors.
- Design and maintain end-to-end Service Mapping solutions and application dependency maps.
- Experience with CMDB governance, CI relationships, data quality and CSDM alignment.
- Experience with Service Graph Connectors, Cloud Discovery and REST/SOAP integrations.




- Troubleshoot Discovery, Service Mapping and integration issues.
- Work with application, infrastructure, platform and business teams.
- Support technical design, testing, deployment, upgrades, UAT and hypercare.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, Regex and network protocols such as HTTP, SNMP, SSH and WMI.

Certifications:

- Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Preferred: CIS Discovery and CIS Service Mapping.
