About the role

Madamelle is a new hospitality destination in Wagga Wagga bringing together exceptional food & coffee, premium casual dining, memorable events and genuine hospitality. We're building a team to help establish the venue from the beginning across multiple positions.

Key responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by position

- Chefs: Take pride in great food, quality, consistency and presentation. Contribute ideas and help shape the food experience.

- Baristas: Create the welcoming coffee experience and help establish great coffee service.

- Bartenders: Create great experiences, work with people and keep things moving during busy services. RSA required.

- Front of House: Make people feel welcome through great hospitality. Positions include waitstaff, food & beverage attendants, hosts, and supervisors.

- Events & Functions Team: Work in different environments, deliver great service, energy and attention to detail.
