We’re after a sheet metal worker who knows their way around lagging and cladding. It’s permanent, it’s busy, and you’ll have the freedom to run the job your way.
The money and hours:
- $50 - $55/hr, permanent ($100,000 - $110,000+)
- Min 40 hrs/week, with positive overtime and Saturday mornings
- Likely 50–55 hr weeks
- Full penalties paid
The Work:
- Pipe lagging
- GAL and stainless steel cladding
- Self Managed lagging and cladding pipework onsite
- Mix of site and workshop work
What you’ll need:
- Experience or a qualification as a sheet metal worker (light fabrication)
- Lagging and cladding experience is a big tick
- Self-starter who can solve problems onsite without someone looking over your shoulder (the Leading Hand has limited time due to other duties)
- White Card
- LF and EWP (boom/scissor) tickets highly beneficial
