Roadhaven Cafe Located within the bp Parkes Gateway Truckstop is seeking team members with short order cooking or kitchen hand experience for our Service Station & Diner Cafe, located at Parkes, NSW.

This role would suit a candidate with experience in the fast food, club, pub, aged care catering or cafe industry.

This current service centre & truck stop has been opened for less than a year and is experiencing fantastic growth with a new "Fresh Is Best" food range which is seeing great improvements with providing a better experience and food offer to our customers.

We are currently looking at filling casual roles across mornings, afternoons, overnights and weekend shifts.

Potential full-time position available to suitable candidates.

There is NO Public Transport to this location!

Candidates must have reliable transport.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Hands on customer service when required (training provided)
- Basic Food preparation
- Short order cooking from a basic pub style menu
- Preparing fresh food for & maintaining hot and cold display presentation
- Portion control to company standards




- Following company set procedures including recipe cards & display planograms
- Compliance with all OHS & Council Food Law requirements
