Our client is seeking experienced Gantry Crane Operators for an upcoming shutdown at Olympic Dam from 06 November to 17 November.

This is a hands-on role supporting critical shutdown maintenance activities, operating gantry cranes safely and efficiently while working alongside experienced maintenance teams on one of Australia's largest mining operations. The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join a respected shutdown team on a major mining operation while earning excellent shutdown rates and gaining valuable site experience.

Working within a fast-paced shutdown environment, you will play a key role in supporting maintenance activities and ensuring safe and efficient lifting operations throughout the shutdown period.

About You





You are a reliable and experienced Gantry Crane Operator with a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. You thrive in shutdown environments, work well under pressure, and take pride in delivering safe and efficient lifting operations.

You Will Bring:

- Previous Gantry Crane operating experience
- Current CB High Risk Work Licences or TLILIC0016 – Licence to operate a bridge and gantry crane
- Construction Induction White Card
- Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications
- Previous shutdown, mining, maintenance, construction, or industrial experience advantageous
- Ability to successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical (PEM) prior to commencement
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
