Ready to take the lead and build some seriously impressive projects?

Hunter Contractors is looking for a Site Foreman/ Supervisor to join our growing team.

We’re a hands-on civil construction company working on exciting projects across the marine and civil construction space and we’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, keep a site moving, and become an important part of where we’re heading.

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need to come from a marine construction background. If you’re an experienced Foreman/ Supervisor with solid civil or construction experience, a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we’re happy to train the right person in the marine side of the industry.

What matters most to us?

✔️ Robust leadership skills and the ability to manage a crew

✔️ Someone who takes pride in running a safe, organised and productive site

✔️ A practical, hands-on approach — we’re not looking for someone who sits in the ute all day!

✔️ Great communication and problem-solving skills

✔️ Willingness to work away from home - our projects often require it

✔️ A positive attitude and a good cultural fit with our team

Why Hunter Contractors?

We’re a growing company with big plans, exciting projects and a team that genuinely enjoys working together. No unnecessary corporate nonsense — just good people, quality work and plenty of opportunity to grow with the business.

You’ll have the chance to work across unique marine and civil projects, develop new skills and be part of a company where your input and experience actually matter.

If you're a capable Foreman/ Supervisor looking for your next challenge — and you're keen to dive into the marine construction world — we'd love to hear from you.

Come and build something different with Hunter Contractors.
