The role

We're looking for an experienced Site Foreman to run a $20M luxury residential project in Point Piper. Site access is via barge, so this is a complex, logistics-heavy build that suits a foreman who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in high-end detailed Luxury finishes.

You'll report to the Project Manager and Director and run the site day to day:

- Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to make sure work is built to spec
- Supervise carpenters and subcontractors on site
- Plan and coordinate barge deliveries, materials handling and site logistics
- Liaise with the Project Manager, CA, architects, consultants and clients
- Carry out accurate site set-outs
- Create and Run the program to hit deadlines without compromising quality

About you

- 10+ years as a Site Foreman or Site Supervisor on high-end residential projects over $5M
- Experience on luxury renovations or new builds, from excavation and structure through to fit-out and handover
- Experience with difficult-access or waterfront sites (barge access highly regarded)
- Trade background (carpentry preferred)
