About the Role A full time Site Manager / Foreman, will be responsible for overseeing all construction activities on site, ensuring the project is running smoothly and within the timeline provided and to the highest quality standards. We are seeking someone to commence immediately.
What you'll be doing
1. Manage and coordinate on-site construction activities including scheduling
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and implement effective safety procedures
3. Identifying and resolving any issues or delays
4. Liaise with subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including project plans and site records
6. Must have own vehicle and Experience with Computers
7. Sites - Lower North Shore area
