Your new role An excitingopportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of alandmark $20M refurbishment project.

You will beresponsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinatingsubcontractors, driving programme outcomes, maintaining site safety andensuring projects are delivered to the highest standard.

This role would suit ahands-on Site Manager from a carpentry or trade background who enjoystechnically complex refurbishment projects and thrives in live environmentswhere planning, communication and problem-solving are critical.

What you'll need to succeed

- Carpentry or trade background highly regarded




- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Experience managing projects up to $10M+ with the capability to step onto larger projects
- Strong relationships with subcontractors and the broader construction market
- Stable employment history with reputable builders or fit-out contractors
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage programmes, quality, safety and subcontractor performance
- Passion for delivering challenging and interesting projects
