About the role We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager or Senior Site Manager to join our Victorian delivery team. This is a senior in office leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of commercial construction and fit-out projects — running site operations day-to-day, driving program, leading subcontractors, and holding the line on quality, safety and client experience.

You’ll be stepping into a role that’s been held to a very high standard, so we’re looking for someone who can bring both the technical craft and the leadership presence to match.

Key responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end site delivery from early works through to practical completion and handover
- Drive the construction program — look-aheads, sequencing, resource planning and productivity
- Lead and coordinate large multi-disciplinary subcontractor teams across all trades
- Own site safety culture and WHS compliance across every work front
- Set and maintain quality standards aligned with Buildcorp’s reputation and client expectations




- Partner closely with the lead delivery team and commercial team to deliver on time, on budget, and on brief
- Manage client, consultant and authority interface on site
- Mentor and develop junior site staff

What we’re looking for

- Proven track record as a Site Manager (or Senior Site Manager) delivering commercial construction, fit-out and / or refurbishment projects in Melbourne
- Strong technical understanding of fit-out and interiors (joinery, services coordination, finishes trades) and ideally live-environment / occupied-building experience
- Strong subcontractor leadership — able to get the best out of trade teams through respect, clarity and consistency
- Clear communicator who can represent Buildcorp professionally with clients, consultants, authorities and subbies
- Relevant qualifications in Building, Construction Management or trade background
- Experience within a Tier 2 head contractor environment preferred
