Founded on values of integrity, craftsmanship and care, this highly respected boutique builder has built a strong reputation for delivering bespoke, high-end residential homes across Brisbane.

With a legacy-driven approach and industry-leading systems across document control, cost reporting and safety, they offer a professional, quality-focused environment where Site Managers are supported to deliver exceptional results.

With projects ranging from $1M to $15M, there is an immediate opportunity for an experienced Residential Site Manager to take ownership of luxury recent builds in some of Brisbane’s most exclusive locations.

Day to day, you will be responsible for:

- Managing high-end residential construction sites from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to an exceptional standard.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain site productivity, quality and programme.
- Overseeing site safety, quality control, build progress and construction documentation.
- Monitoring costs,

identifying potential issues and maintaining strong communication with the wider project team.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional site setting while ensuring the finished product exceeds client expectations.

If you are an experienced Residential Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Foreman with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering premium custom homes, this is an opportunity to step away from high-volume construction and join a boutique builder that prioritises craftsmanship over quantity.

You’ll enjoy greater ownership of your projects, work alongside a team that values quality and take pride in delivering homes that are genuinely built to a higher standard. There is also potential to gain exposure to commercial projects across retail and hospitality as the business continues to grow.
