Our client is a global leader in intelligent logistics solutions, delivering automated systems for warehouses, distribution centres, and production facilities worldwide. With a strong pipeline of projects across Australia, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Project Delivery team.
The Role
This is a 6-12 month full-time fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. You will coordinate installation, commissioning, and engineering activities on site, ensuring large-scale automation projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and reviewing drawings and plans for mechanical and electrical installations
- Liaising with clients, direct builders, and sub-contractors
- Promoting innovation, improvement, risk identification,
and safety management across OH&S; and environmental requirements
- Sourcing necessary materials and resources
- Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of installed equipment
- Day-to-day management of sub-contractors
- Coordinating regular quality assurance inspections
- Overseeing commissioning activities
- Ensuring secure installation procedures are followed
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager on large capital projects
- Mechanical and/or Electrical trade background
- Technical knowledge of material handling equipment advantageous
- Sound knowledge of WHSE requirements
- Strong, clear communication skills
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong computer skills in MS Office
- Availability to travel interstate as required
