Your new role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity is available for an experienced Site Supervisor or Site Manager to join the team in a full-time, site-based position. You will autonomously oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, manage construction programmes, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include

Managing daily site operations and construction activities

Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers

Monitoring project programmes and key deadlines

Maintaining high safety, quality and compliance standards

Interpreting construction plans, specifications and documentation

Resolving site issues and making timely operational decisions

Monitoring costs and supporting overall project performance

Communicating effectively with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders





What you'll need to succeed A minimum of six years' site supervision or site management experience

Demonstrated experience delivering luxury residential or high-rise developments

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and site safety requirements The ability to read and interpret construction plans and documentation

Excellent subcontractor coordination and communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Experience with project management, programming and cost control

High attention to detail and commitment to quality
