About the Role
I’m partnering with a well-established remedial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building repair, restoration, and remediation projects across South East Queensland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager/Foreman to join their team in Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage remedial building projects from commencement through to completion
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations
- Identify and resolve construction issues, defects, and site challenges
- Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate site logistics, materials, equipment, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Site Manager, Foreperson, or Supervisory role within remedial construction
- Solid understanding of remedial building methods, façade remediation, waterproofing,
structural repairs, and building restoration projects.
- Relevant trade qualification (eg: carpentry) or construction-related background
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
