Site Manager - Medium Density projectsYour new company An established developer-builder with an ever-growing portfolio of projects across multiple build profiles, with projects booked in for up to two years in advance, are now seeking their next Site Manager to join a high-performing build team and help deliver upcoming projects across Melbourne’s outer northern suburbs.
Your new role
Working exclusively across medium-density sites and personally managing a portfolio of 18–20 builds, your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Coordinating various trades and subcontractors to achieve required outcomes• Reporting to internal stakeholders and providing updates on site progression and outcomes• Managing and implementing safe work practices across multiple stages of construction• Completing building progress reports, conducting site inductions for contractors, and liaising with the Building Manager on key milestones
What you'll need to succeed
- An established trade base to call from is an advantage• Residential building supervision experience is essential, with medium-density experience highly desired• Proven ability to run busy sites and ensure projects are delivered to tight build timelines• A team-focused approach with the ability to work well with both internal staff and trades• Strong verbal and written communication skills
