Site Supervisor / Site Foreman — Sydney, NSW (full time, on-site)

AUD Build is the Sydney residential construction brand operated by Australian Urban Direct iBuying Pty Ltd (NSW Builder Licence 475778C). We are seeking an experienced site leader for custom home and duplex construction across Greater Sydney.

What you will do

- Lead day-to-day site operations and coordinate trades, suppliers and deliveries.
- Read architectural and structural drawings and resolve buildability issues with the project team.
- Track programme, workmanship, site safety, inspections, defects and handover tasks.
- Report progress and risks clearly to project management and the design team.

What you bring

- Practical Australian residential site supervision experience, ideally across houses or duplexes.




- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain WHS and quality standards.
- Confidence reading drawings and communicating with trades, suppliers and certifiers in English.
- Current NSW driver licence and ability to travel between Sydney sites.
- A trade or builder background and Mandarin language skills are welcome, but not essential.
