We're representing an established, 30-year family-owned construction business with a professional approach, strong builder relationships and a growing pipeline of residential projects across South East Queensland.

They're looking for a practical, switched-on Site Supervisor who takes pride in the work, leads people well and wants to be part of a business that's going places.

What's involved? You'll oversee residential cladding and external finishing projects across your region, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing site readiness, monitoring quality and safety, and keeping jobs on schedule.

You'll have ownership of your sites and relationships with builders, backed by an experienced management team and established systems.

The aim is straightforward: do the job properly, keep things moving and get it right the first time.

What's on offer?

- $100,000–$130,000 + super, depending on experience.
- Fully maintained 4x4 dual-cab ute,



phone and computer.
- 12 RDOs a year, on top of annual and personal leave.
- Consistent work with major residential builders.
- An experienced team, established systems and support when you need it.
- Genuine opportunities to progress into senior supervision or management as the business grows.

What you'll bring You'll have residential construction experience and a background supervising crews or subcontractors. You understand site sequencing, safety and quality, can manage competing priorities, and communicate confidently with builders and trades.

A trade or building qualification is useful, but we're more interested in your experience, attitude and ability to lead.

You'll need a current Queensland White Card and unrestricted Queensland driver's licence.

Locations Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ipswich, Logan or Toowoomba.
