About the Role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of workmanship. You will coordinate trades, manage site operations, and be the key point of contact between management, contractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities

- Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure schedules are met

- Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company safety procedures

- Monitor quality control and workmanship standards

- Read and interpret plans, specifications,



and scopes of work

- Manage site documentation, reporting, and progress updates

- Resolve in office issues efficiently and professionally

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor (residential and/or commercial)

- Strong knowledge of construction methods and building regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple trades and priorities

- Strong focus on safety, quality, and deadlines

- White Card (essential)

- Current driver's licence (essential)
