Experienced Laser / IPL & Skin Therapist

Permanent Part-Time | $34–$40 per hour | Templestowe Village

Depskin is an established, boutique skin and hair removal clinic located in our beautiful premises in the heart of Templestowe Village.

With over 32 years in the industry, we've built a loyal clientele and a strong reputation for delivering results-driven skin treatments and exceptional client care. We are also well known for our expertise in Electrolysis.

We're a small, friendly and supportive team who genuinely enjoy what we do. We value professionalism, teamwork, ongoing education and creating a welcoming environment for both our clients and our staff.

We're now looking for an experienced Laser/IPL & Skin Therapist to join our team on a permanent part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition to full-time once established.

About the role

This position is ideally suited to a therapist with a genuine passion for skin health, advanced skin treatments and achieving visible results.

Your treatments will primarily include:

- IPL Skin Rejuvenation, including pigmentation, vascular/capillary and photorejuvenation treatments
- Laser Hair Removal
- Professional skin consultations and treatment planning
- Advanced facials and skin treatments
- Chemical peels
- Dermafrac and other skin rejuvenation treatments
- Additional beauty treatments where required

We work with professional, results-driven skincare ranges including HydroPeptide and Aspect. What we're looking for?

Ideally, you'll bring:

- 1–2 years of hands-on, in-clinic experience in Laser/IPL and skin treatments
- Practical experience treating pigmentation, facial capillaries, redness and other skin concerns using IPL
- A sound understanding of skin conditions, treatment protocols and client safety




- Confidence in conducting consultations and recommending appropriate treatment plans
- Excellent client care, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong rebooking and retail recommendation skills
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow
- The ability to work independently while also being a supportive team player
- Knowledge and Experience in Electrolysis highly regarded

Dermal Therapy qualifications will be highly regarded, although they are not essential for applicants with relevant practical experience. Above all, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values client satisfaction and has a genuine interest in skin health, teamwork and ongoing professional development.
