NOOKIE is looking for a highly creative and capable Social Media & Content Coordinator to own and elevate our day-to-day social presence and content creation. This is a hands-on creative role for someone with an exceptional eye, confidence and the ability to execute.

You understand fashion, social media and what makes content compelling. You can take an idea from concept to shoot to edit to publish - but equally, you know when to bring in creators or other creative resources to make the idea stronger.

Working closely with our Creative Director and wider brand team, you'll help shape how NOOKIE shows up across social channels by building forward-thinking content strategies around our collections, campaigns, product stories and cultural moments, then making them happen.

We care more about capability, taste and initiative than years of experience.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

CONTENT & SOCIAL

- Develop forward content plans around the NOOKIE marketing calendar, collection launches, campaigns, events and key commercial moments.
- Create, shoot, edit and publish engaging, platform-native content across Instagram, TikTok and emerging social channels.
- Bring strong creative concepts and ideas to the table - not simply wait for briefs.
- Create a strong mix of aspirational, entertaining, relevant and product-led content, being innovative rather than just following trends.
- Think beyond social where appropriate, creating useful content that can also strengthen PDPs, launches, paid creative and the broader customer journey.

COMMUNITY

- Monitor comments, tags, mentions and customer-created content across socials
- Respond thoughtfully and warmly so our community feels seen and acknowledged.
- Escalate customer-service enquiries to our CX team where required.
- Protect and amplify the NOOKIE tone of voice in every interaction.

CREATORS & INFLUENCERS

- Continually identify creators and influencers who genuinely align with NOOKIE.
- Manage inbound creator and collaboration requests professionally and promptly.
- Proactively build relationships with talent we want within the NOOKIE world.




- Maintain an organised creator/gifting pipeline and history so relationships can build over time.
- Brief and coordinate external creators where they can deliver stronger or more diverse content.
- The goal it is to build a valuable network of creators who can help expand the NOOKIE universe.

WHO YOU ARE

You have great taste. You instinctively understand fashion, imagery, composition, talent and what feels current - and you know the difference between something being on-trend and something being right for a brand.

You are also a doer. You can have the idea, organise what is needed and make it happen.

You'll likely:

- Have a strong portfolio of social-first content, particularly short-form video.
- Be confident shooting both video and photography.
- Be highly capable editing video and content using tools such as CapCut and other relevant creative platforms.
- Understand Instagram and TikTok deeply and consume social media with a creator's eye.
- Have a genuine interest in fashion, culture, creators and emerging digital behaviour.
- Be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple shoots, launches and content streams.
- Communicate exceptionally well - internally and with customers, talent and creators.
- Be proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership.
- Take direction well while also bringing your own ideas, concepts and conviction.
- Be curious about AI and emerging creative technology and know how to use current tools intelligently without compromising brand aesthetic.
- Ideally have experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle or another highly visual brand.

Most importantly, you care about the work. You notice the details, have high standards and want to create things you're proud to put into the world.

You'll work closely with our Creative Director and wider brand, e-commerce and marketing teams, but you'll have meaningful ownership of your area.
