Looking for a gun pop culture obsessed producer who can shoot, edit, handle social gfx, and stays in the comments.

It’s for a podcast client in Australia: two episodes a week, plus clipping, and the odd shoot on location. You’ll produce the studio sessions too, reporting direct to the EP.

What you’ll do

- Set up and run studio sessions (multi-cam, auto-switching) and remote guests
- Edit full episodes for YouTube and podcast apps
- Find the 30 seconds in a 45-minute conversation that people will share, and cut 3-5 clips an episode
- Draft thumbnails, titles and captions, and upload once they’re signed off
- Build social gfx and templates to the show’s look




- Live in the comments, and know what people are saying in them
- Shoot and cut the occasional location vlog

- Move fast, and take direction well
- Know what works on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram before anyone has to tell them
- Know what Australia’s talking about this week, and what makes a clip shareable, all the way to the group chat
- Have an ear for a line, not just an eye for a cut
- Know Premiere, CapCut and Photoshop. After Effects, Riverside and your own kit are a bonus
