SOCIAL MEDIA & TALENT COORDINATOR

We are looking for a creative, highly organised and social-media-savvy person to join our model and talent agency and help manage our growing portfolio of models, influencers and UGC creators.

We’re looking for someone with around 2 years’ experience in social media, talent management, influencer marketing, content creation or a similar role. Passionate about social media and entertainment, with a strong eye for trends and what makes great content. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, brings valuable energy, initiative and fresh ideas, and is excited to work across talent, brands and social.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and grow Instagram, TikTok and other social-media platforms
- Create and schedule engaging Reels, TikToks and short-form content
- Identify current and emerging social-media trends, sounds and content formats
- Develop creative content ideas for models, influencers and UGC creators
- Assist with filming, photoshoots and content production
- Edit short-form video using CapCut or similar platforms
- Write captions, scripts, hooks and social-media copy
- Scout and identify new models, influencers and UGC creators
- Communicate and build strong relationships with talent
- Maintain and update the agency's talent database
- Match talent with suitable brand campaigns
- Assist with influencer and UGC campaign coordination
- Communicate with brands, agencies and clients
- Send briefs and manage campaign deliverables and deadlines
- Assist with rates, negotiations, contracts and usage requirements
- Monitor campaign performance and social-media analytics
- Prepare basic campaign and social-media reports
- Help develop the agency's online presence and brand
- Stay up to date with social-media trends, creators and industry developments





WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Advertising or a related field is preferred. Two years of experience in a talent agent or social media management role.
