and scope technical requirements into actionable development plans and architectural roadmaps.
- Full-Stack Engineering & API Integration: Oversee full-stack development using modern web frameworks (React, Node.js, PHP, Next.js) and build secure REST API and webhook integrations across CRM, analytics, and payment systems.
- AI & Automation Integration: Architect and integrate AI-driven workflows, LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor), and automated integrations to streamline business operations and platform functionality.
- Project Delivery & Workflow Management: Coordinate cross-functional delivery, technical dependencies, resource allocation, and release cycles using project tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Filestage.
- System Optimisation & Support: Provide technical troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and ongoing maintenance for SaaS platforms and client environments.
- Quality Assurance & Technical Documentation: Maintain rigorous code quality standards, technical validation, human-in-the-loop review, and complete documentation to ensure production readiness and data security.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering,

or a closely related discipline (ANZSCO Skill Level 1 requirement).

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of full-time, post-qualification experience in full-stack software development, solution design, and digital project delivery.

Technical Competencies:

- Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack programming languages and frameworks, including JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, React, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Supabase) and cloud/hosting environments (AWS, Linux).
- Experience designing and managing REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations with CRM/SaaS platforms (GoHighLevel/Torque, HubSpot, Stripe).
- Practical experience integrating AI APIs/tools (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor) and workflow automation tools.

Communication and Attributes:

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical troubleshooting skills, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to technology adoption.
