In this full-time position based in Clyde North VIC 3978, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our renewable energy solutions business. As a trusted advisor, you will guide residential and commercial customers through the process of transitioning to solar power and battery storage, helping them achieve their sustainability goals.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and provide tailored solar and battery solutions
2. Conduct site assessments and provide detailed proposals outlining the technical specifications and financial benefits of our products
3. Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience
4. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and regulations to provide expert advice
5. Collaborate with the installation team to ensure smooth project delivery
6. Participate in community events and networking activities to expand our customer base
7. Contribute to the development of our sales strategies and marketing initiatives

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or home improvement industry
2. Strong technical understanding of solar photovoltaic systems and battery storage technologies
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner
4.



Demonstrated success in building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
5. Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment
6. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management tools
7. Relevant qualifications or certifications in renewable energy, sales or a related field would be highly regarded
8. Australian work rights are required for this position
