Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Solar & Battery Sales Specialist based in Brighton, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Solar & Battery Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing tailored solar and battery system recommendations, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales process. Core tasks include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements,



and working closely with technical teams to support post-sale installations and customer satisfaction.

This role is commission based with uncapped commission structure. Retailer model can be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Solar Power, Solar Industry, and Solar Systems + AC HVAC & Heat pumps
- Familiarity with renewable energy technologies
- Understanding of Power Generation and energy-efficiency solutions
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
- Proven sales experience and ability to develop client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and consultation skills
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid workplace, combining office and remote tasks
- Experience in the renewable energy sector is a must
- A valid driver’s license is preferred
