Frankie's on Rotto is a busy and vibrant operation on Rottnest Island that strives to deliver the best dining experience, at both it's main restaurant 'Frankie's' and it's outside tapas & cocktail venue ‘The Mezz’. Sous Chef: starting 1 November

We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced chef to assist our head chef to oversee shifts, assist with menu planning and ordering, and ensure health and safety guidelines are adhered to. The ideal candidate for this position has a relevant associate degree/advanced diploma/diploma or 3 years' work experience to substitute for formal qualifications. You will be a food lover, confident operator and will able to lead a service without supervision.

Experience with pizza, pasta,



tapas and breakfast is preferable. You will have a first aid certificate and be a qualified food safety supervisor.

Chef/Cook: Immediate start/starting November

We have a number of positions for chefs/cooks. We have one immediate vacancy and several starting in early November. The ideal candidate for this position has a relevant associate degree/advanced diploma/diploma or 3 years' work experience to substitute for formal qualifications. You will have a positive/can do attitude and be a confident in running a section with minimal supervision. Experience with pizza, pasta, salads & breakfast preferred.

Positions are live on in shared accommodation, however, commuter positions will be considered for the right applicant.
