The Cups Estate is a Vineyard Restaurant located in Fingal on the Mornington Peninsula. We have a passion for innovative and seasonal food, matched with exceptional wine and service.

Our business is consistently growing and improving, and we are now looking for a current talent to assist our Head Chef in our next level of growth.

Our contemporary style set menu is inspired by local and seasonal produce that complements our estate grown range of wines. The small yet creative menu allows and encourages sourcing ingredients from local suppliers, and to constantly evolve and change the menu with the seasons.

The role:

We are looking for an experienced Chef who has preferably worked in quality establishments in a similar role. However, most importantly the following qualities are essential:

- Passion and love of quality food and wine.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
- Creative flair with menu design and plating
- High standards across the board.
- Working rights within Australia (Sponsorship unavailable)

Your duties will include the following:

- Maintaining a section, including prep & service
- Maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Assisting the Head Chef in ordering, stock control and menu costing
- Assisting the Head Chef with menu and recipe development
- Running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef

Full Time role- 38hrs (Thurs to Mon) Work/Life balance- Days Only. (Approx 8.30am until 4.30pm)

Salary negotiable based on experience.
