Working closely with our Head Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, supporting menu execution, maintaining high food quality standards, and helping to lead and develop the team.

- Previous experience in a Sous Chef or senior CDP role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for quality food and presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant cookery qualifications and food safety knowledge
