You will advise on complex employment disputes, unfair dismissal claims, general protections applications, restraint of trade matters, and executive employment issues. - 10+ years PQE in employment law
- Admitted to practice in NSW
- Extensive experience in unfair dismissal, general protections, and restraint matters
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
- Established professional network (desirable)
