About Holistic In-Home Care

Holistic In-Home Care is a growing community care organisation providing personalised in-home support, nursing and care services across South Australia, Victoria and the Northern Territory.

As we continue to expand our allied health services, we are seeking passionate and experienced Speech Pathologists to join our Adelaide team.

About the Role

About You

We are seeking a compassionate, organised and motivated Speech Pathologist who enjoys working independently in the community.

You will have robust clinical reasoning, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping older Australians maintain their communication, participation and quality of life.

You will be confident managing your own appointments, completing assessments and providing practical, evidence-informed recommendations.

Previous experience in community aged care, dysphagia, communication disorders or adult rehabilitation will be highly regarded.
