Key Responsibilities





 Conduct assessments and provide evidence-based interventions to clients with communication and swallowing disorders.

 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.

 Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

 Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.

 Participate in professional development opportunities and stay up-to-date with current research and best practices.

Qualifications and skills

 Degree qualified

 Current registration with SPA

 Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders (preferred)

 Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

(Strongly desired- Ability to supervise inhouse junior speech pathologists)
