Event Crate is looking for an experienced Spray Painter & Paint Finisher to join our custom manufacturing and fabrication team.

We build bespoke displays, event structures, brand activation pieces, signage and custom components for a diverse range of clients. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their finish and can turn fabricated components into high-quality finished products.

The role

- Spray painting using 2K paint systems and conventional paints.
- Preparing surfaces through sanding, filling, priming and masking.
- Painting and finishing MDF, timber and fabricated components.
- Achieving clean, consistent finishes across a variety of custom projects.
- Working closely with our fabrication and production team to meet project deadlines.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe paint workspace.

About you

- Previous spray-painting and paint-finishing experience.
- Confident working with 2K paints and standard paint systems.
- Strong preparation skills and an eye for detail.




- Able to work independently and manage your workload.
- Flexible and comfortable working on diverse, one-off projects.

Experience in automotive spray painting, cabinet finishing, furniture finishing or custom fabrication would be highly regarded.
