What You’ll Be Doing Depending on the role, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of properties or body corporate portfolios
- Responding to client, tenant and owner enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance, leasing and general administration
- Maintaining records,
processing documentation and updating systems
- Supporting meetings, compliance requirements and portfolio operations
- Developing the knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibility
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate, leasing, administration or a customer-focused role is beneficial
- Solid organisation and attention to detail
- Confident written and verbal communication
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computer systems and managing competing priorities
- Genuine interest in building a career in property or strata
