M.J. Bale is looking for two experienced Store Business Managers to lead our Bondi Junction concessions—one within David Jones and one within Myer.

We’re an Australian menswear brand known for quality tailoring, natural fibres and exceptional service. We’re also a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.

About The Role

You’ll take ownership of your concession, leading from the floor and creating a customer experience that keeps people coming back.

Your Day Will Include

- Leading, coaching and motivating your concession team
- Driving sales and delivering against targets and KPIs




- Building lasting relationships with new and returning customers
- Managing stock, rosters, visual merchandising and daily operations
- Developing strong relationships with your David Jones or Myer partners
- Keeping the concession sharp, well stocked and ready for trade
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business

About You

- Retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or menswear
- A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- A genuine interest in tailoring, styling and customer service
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to lead from the floor
