About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys a fast pace, knows how to drive results and can bring out the best in their team.

You’ll take ownership of:

- Leading, coaching and engaging the store team
- Driving sales, conversion and store KPIs
- Creating energy on the shop floor and leading by example
- Building relationships with new and returning customers
- Managing rosters, stock, visual merchandising and daily operations




- Developing your team through regular feedback and training
- Keeping the store sharp, well stocked and ready for busy trade

Skills and Experiences:

- Retail management experience, ideally in fashion, menswear or outlet retail
- A strong sales record and confidence working towards targets
- The ability to coach, motivate and hold a team accountable
- A commercial mindset and strong operational skills
- A genuine interest in styling and customer service
- The energy to thrive in a busy outlet environment
