We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager with fresh energy, sound commercial judgement and a genuine commitment to developing people. Someone who builds trust, sets high standards and follows through.

Where you’ll make a difference

Your leadership will connect every part of the store from the people you develop to the customer experiences you create and the results you deliver. You’ll be visible on the floor, coaching through real customer interactions and keeping your team focused when trade gets busy. Behind the scenes, you’ll plan carefully and maintain the standards that keep the business running well.

Your priorities will be to:

- Develop a capable, connected team. Recruit, onboard and coach people with care. Recognise their strengths, address performance concerns and create opportunities for them to grow.
- Make performance happen. Use sales, conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction to identify opportunities and build clear trading plans.
- Make every visit count. Inspire thoughtful recommendations, confident product knowledge and engaging service from discovering a fragrance favourite to finding the perfect gift.
- Plan the right support. Align rosters with customer demand, manage wage productivity and prepare for promotions and peak trade.
- Deliver standards with pride. Maintain stock accuracy, minimise loss and keep visual merchandising,



store presentation and daily operations at their best.

What will help you succeed

You bring warmth and confidence, communicate clearly and stay composed when priorities change. You can encourage someone’s progress and have an honest conversation when expectations aren’t being met.

You’ll also bring

- At least three years’ experience managing or supervising teams in premium or high-volume retail or hospitality.
- Clear examples of achieving sales targets, improving performance and developing people.
- Solid organisation and commercial awareness, with confidence making decisions.
- A hands-on approach, accountability and openness to feedback.
- Availability across weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods, with appropriate Australian working rights.

Relevant qualifications in business, sales or marketing are highly regarded. We value leaders who are hungry to achieve, humble enough to learn and heart-smart in how they lead.
