We are looking for motivated and hands-on full-time Store Managers to join Auntie Anne’s. You will lead by example, support and develop the store team, and help deliver freshly made products and friendly customer service every day.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you will oversee site operations, lead store teams, drive business performance, maintain food safety and brand standards, control stock and labour costs, create a positive, high-performing workplace, and support the continued growth of our store network.

- Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent adherence to company standards, policies and procedures.
- Drive store performance by monitoring sales targets, KPIs, labour costs and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where required.
- Lead, motivate and develop store teams to maintain high standards of performance, teamwork and customer service.
- Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, rostering and performance management in collaboration with HR.
- Take ownership of staff training and development, ensuring consistent operational standards and strong team capabilities across all stores.
- Oversee inventory management, stock ordering and stocktake processes, ensuring accurate stock control and minimising wastage.
- Monitor store operating budgets, control expenses and implement cost-effective practices to improve profitability.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, store presentation, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Play a key role in new store openings, including operational setup, team training,



launch preparation and on-site support.
- Implement new products, marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across store locations.
- Report on store performance, identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities, and work closely with senior management to support business growth.

About You

Qualifications Requirement:

- Tertiary Qualification
- Food Handler Training
- Have valid Australian working rights

Previous management experience is preferred. Experience with rostering, stock control, food safety and store performance will be highly regarded.
