If you're an experienced Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior sales lead who's ready for your own store, this is the step we built for you.

Balmain: lead a team in one of our most beautiful stores

Our Balmain store is a unique retail location, we have a dedicated kitchen space and an amazing garden area with a loyal local community of young families. You'll lead a team of 6-8, shape the service culture, and coach your people to deliver for every family who walks in. You'll work closely with our Sydney Cluster Manager, so you'll have experienced support right there while you grow into the role. Full-time role Tuesday to Saturday.

Mosman: a boutique store to make your own

Mosman is an intimate store with a close-knit, returning clientele. As sole charge manager, you'll run the store end to end: the floor, the numbers, the presentation and the relationships. It suits someone who loves ownership and knows their customers by name. You'll never be on your own, though. Our Sydney Cluster Manager and Support Office are a call away, and you'll be part of a connected network of Sydney stores.

Our Mosman store has a dedicated car park for this role. Full-time role Tuesday to Saturday.

What you'll do

• Run your store like it's your own. You'll own sales, wages and profitability, with transparent targets and the support to meet them.

- Know your numbers. ATV, conversion and IPS (items per sale)



will become second nature, and we'll help you use them to coach, not just report.
- Grow your people. You'll develop your team through our dedicated retail training program, Ignite Humans, and build the next generation of Nature Baby leaders.
- Create a store families love to visit. You'll set the service standard, so every customer feels welcome, looked after and keen to come back.
- Keep it beautiful. You'll bring visual merchandising and product storytelling to life with care and commercial sense.
- Keep it running smoothly. You'll handle rosters, transfers, banking and admin efficiently, so your time stays on the floor.

How we'll support you

• Structured development through Ignite Humans Training, including leadership coaching / commercial skills / and customer connection.
- An experienced Cluster Manager and a Support Office that is there to support you and your team.
- Real autonomy, with backup when you need it.

What you'll bring

• Experience in leading a team, as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager or senior sales lead.
- A track record of driving sales and KPIs, and enjoying the challenge.
- Someone who builds teams that perform and stay, and who gives feedback well.
- Confidence with numbers, or an eagerness to build it: budgets, wages and shrinkage.
- High standards for brand, presentation and service.
- Calm, organised and a clear communicator.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.
