Lead a high-performing team within an exceptional luxury retail environment.

An established international luxury jewellery house is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its boutique operations, inspire a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished retail leader who combines commercial thinking, sales leadership and a genuine passion for luxury and fine jewellery.

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 5+ years’ retail management experience, ideally within luxury jewellery or premium retail
- Has successfully led a team of 5+ and has a proven track record in store management
- Is commercially astute, analytical and strategically minded
- Has a strong track record of driving sales and exceeding targets
- Is passionate about developing people and building high-performing teams
- Is highly client-focused and committed to exceptional service
- Presents with confidence, sophistication and impeccable professionalism
- Is fluent in English
- Is flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

Your role will include:✨ Lead,



motivate and develop a high-performing boutique team ✨ Drive sales performance and consistently exceed KPIs

✨ Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, compliance, reporting and training

✨ Lead by example in delivering a world-class luxury client experience

✨ Build and nurture robust, long-term client relationships

✨ Coach and develop the team to achieve exceptional sales and service standards

✨ Uphold the highest standards of brand presentation and professionalism

✨ Ensure the boutique, visual merchandising and client journey consistently reflect a luxury environment

Australia-based opportunity
