About us

We're a pizza shop on Percival Rd, 2 minutes from Stanmore station. We've been open since 2025, and we're busy and getting busier. Our crew is young and keen, most of them still at school. We need an adult to run the place.

The job

You run the shop: rosters, ordering, stocktake, labour and food costs, training the crew, and keeping Friday nights smooth. No lunch service, so it's afternoons and evenings.

What you need

- You've been the person in charge on a busy night, ideally in pizza.
- You can work every station: dough, oven, cut and box, counter.
- You're available Fridays to Sundays.
- You're 18+ with full Australian work rights.

What you get

- $60–65k + super. Or start part-time at 20 hours a week (four 5-hour shifts) and step up to full time.




- A quarterly bonus when the shop beats last year's sales and you hit the labor and food cost targets. Grow the shop, earn more.
- A renovated 2-bed apartment upstairs, 200m from the station. Once you've proven yourself in the role, it's yours to rent if you want it.
