Bella's Chargrill Chicken We are seeking an experienced full-time Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our store in Glenmore Park, NSW 2745. The successful candidate will lead the team, maintain high customer service and food-quality standards, manage stock and suppliers, and contribute to the financial and operational performance of the business.

responsibilities Manage daily operations of the Glenmore Park store and ensure efficient service. Manage product availability, stock levels, food/service standards and customer service requirements for the Glenmore Park store. Manage purchasing requirements, liaise with suppliers, monitor costs and implement approved pricing and marketing strategies.

Set pricing for Bella’s menu, products, specials and promotional campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement. Oversee customer service and sales, assist customers with menu/product enquiries and ensure a positive customer experience. Monitor inventory, wastage, sales, purchasing and financial records and ensure accurate store documentation.

Monitor store expenditure, sales, costs and budgets and support financial performance and cost control. Recruit, roster, train, supervise and manage staff to ensure adequate staffing and consistent operational standards.



Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and other applicable operational requirements.

Assist with budgeting and promotional activities. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns. Ensure food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards are maintained.

Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve sales, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualification &

experience Relevant qualification in a related field is desirable. Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, food service, quick-service restaurant or hospitality management.

Experience managing staff, rosters, stock, purchasing and daily business operations. Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
