Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and supervise the stores administration team, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and customer service ✅ Coordinate the receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch of materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.

✅ Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock movements are correctly recorded within company systems.

✅ Responsible for carrying out regular audits on equipment to ensure system location is accurate.

✅ Support site operations by ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment.

About You





✅ Experience in stores, warehousing, inventory control, or administration. ✅ Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.

✅ Ability to accurately process goods receipts, stock issues, transfers, and purchase orders.

✅ Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
