Your Role
- Manage a portfolio of strata schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners and Councils of Owners
- Prepare for and conduct meetings with clarity and confidence
- Coordinate maintenance, contractors and day-to-day scheme matters
- Manage client enquiries and correspondence
- Navigate WA strata legislation and industry requirements, with support available when needed
What You’ll Need
- Previous strata management experience is preferred
- Experience with Strata Master or similar strata management software
- A current National Police Clearance
- Robust communication and relationship-management skills
- A professional and ethical approach to your work
