We are currently seeking highly experienced and skilled Supervisors to join our shutdown team,on a casual roster basis. These roles will be FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) from Perth, Western Australia.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Client Leads, the successful candidate will be required to provide leadership and supervision to Norwest crane operation teams.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Undertake day-to-day supervision of Norwest teams, including the deployment of cranes, equipment and personnel resources.
- Manage the safety behaviours of cranage employees and their compliance to company and client safety policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the client, building a strong relationship and escalating any concerns where required.
- Work with relevant internal operational parties on resource allocations – both equipment and personnel.
- Provision of strong safety leadership amongst the work groups.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

- Currently living or residing in Western Australia
- 3+ years of supervision experience, with significant crane industry knowledge
- BSBWHS411 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs
- BSBWHS414 Contribute to WHS risk management
- Successful completion of the Statutory Supervisor Exam
- Australian Driver’s Licence with a HR class




- High Risk Work Licence with CO and RI classes, as a minimum
- Working at Heights qualification (within 2 years of issue)

- White card
- Skilled and approachable attitude towards field employees and clients
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
- Previous experience operating Liebherr cranes, of varying sizes
- Current Tier 1 site inductions within the Pilbara are advantageous
