We provide Residential Aged Care Services for 192 residents at Villa Terenzio in Marangaroo in the Northern Suburbs of Perth. Villa Terenzio is celebrating over 50 years of serving the local Community.

We are seeking Part Time Support At Home Registered Nursewho is available for 09:00 AM – 01:00 PM Monday - Friday.

- Admissions procedure for new clients
- Wound care, including maintaining the Wound Register, in accordance with Villa Terenzio’s relevant policies and procedures.
- Care Planning for Clients, including 6 monthly and yearly Care Plan reviews.
- Stoma Care, including colostomy, ileostomy and urostomy
- Responding to deteriorating clients, and liaison with General Practioners
- Client care risk assessment and mitigation
- Education of Care Staff. Ability to act as clinical champion for Care Staff.
- Maintenance of Psychotropic Medication register




- Maintenance of register of clients who have recently been hospitalised, including welfare checks
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Stock take and ordering of clinical products
- Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and their families
- Solid leadership skills, ability to run a team.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards.

- Current registration with AHPRA
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Flu Vaccine & Covid-19 Vaccine
- Western Australian Drivers License (C class)
- Evidence of Australian work rights
- Aged care experience with a demonstrated passion for enhancing the lives of our clients living with Dementia
- Must be willing to attend a pre-employment medical assessment if required.
